Return policy: Unused items are able to be return, damage items due to shipping, if items are clothes and you have brought or wrong size was sent would be returnable. All items would need to be sent back for full amount and return to the card that was used to order the item. If you don't not send back, you will only get 75% back and a picture or video of the item would need to be sent to the email of the contact page to be accepted.
Shipping & Handling: Shipping & Returning an item will be at the buyer's expense. Which if you send an email of a photo of the price you paid it will be discounted on your next item you buy. Everything shipped from me will be from FedEx which you will be sent a tracking number from me thru an email, so you can track the item you have brought.
Missing items: You would need to use the contact page to send an email and a copy of your order number, and it will be sent over to you within two days, and a tracking number will be sent to your email so, you will be able to track your item.
Cancel orders: If an order is placed then canceled you will get a full refund. If the order is already shipped, then the shipping fee would come out the return money.
Subscription: When you pay the 20$ fee to be in the SAWonderland Family it will be a monthly charge to the card you have on file, or you can send the money to the P.O. Box that is on the contact page. (which sending money I prefer you to send it thru a money order so if it get lost in the mail you can get it back thru the money order company) SO, DO NOT THROW AWAY YOURECEIPT. Also, you would be needed to have it sent a week before the first of the new month, so your subscription will stay in good standing. Each month you will receive 5 FREE gifts.
Free Goodies: When ordering over 20 items in a month regardless of if it's all at one time or different times within that month, you will receive 2 FREE ITEMS with the order of the 10 items or with the last order of the item that will make it your 20th item.
Birthday's: Everyone deserves a gift on their birthday!!! So, 1 FREE ITEM will be sent to the address on file.
